A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, Cynthia is an attorney and former senior business management professional at Northrop Grumman, a major Fortune 500 company in the global defense industry. Cynthia is also the president and CEO of Divine Women of Destiny Ministries International.

She has traveled extensively to Spain and other destinations, including Mexico, Canada, England, Greece, India, Morocco, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Honduras, and most recently to France, Peru, Kenya, and Switzerland, gaining a broad understanding of cultural diversity and bringing this depth of knowledge to her coaching and training sessions.
